Novel Novels: The Newest Releases

For those who want to keep up to date with the newest releases, this book list is all about new books coming out this summer season to look forward to and have on your TBR list. From puzzles to retellings to romances, there's plenty of interesting new books to read soon! I'm definitely looking forward to reading them all!

Coming out July 30th, a new book, a new competition, and a new chance in this year's Grandest Game.

Why am I looking forward to reading this book?

All the puzzles, challenges, and plot twists! And I hear Grayson is finally going to be the star of the show...I mean game.

July 2nd brings a new fantasy adventure Mulan retelling about a girl determined to take her life into her own hands.

Why am I looking forward to reading this book?

For one...its a Mulan retelling! There's fantasy, there's adventure, and there's a romance too.

Also on July 2nd, comes  a new novel about love, disability, and change. Ellie and Jackson are both struggling with unexpected new changes, and soon they might just be what the other needs most at their side.

I'm interested in trying this book - a sweet and emotional read that caught me eye, both with the cover and description!

On August 13th comes a new horror, young adult novel. With elements of fantasy, a slightly thriller vibe, and a queer main character, this book seems promising.

Am I looking forward to reading this book?

Surprisingly...yes! Horror is not my genre. It's not a section I frequent by any means or read often. But the cover of this book first intrigued me, and then the blurb, so I might just be picking it up soon!

On August 20th, a type-A theater nerd and a grumpy, handsome soccer star might just turn lessons on the City of Lights into lessons on love.

Why am I interested in reading this book?

The cover! Bathed in pastel colors with the Eiffel Tower in the background... Oh, the answer should include more than just the cover? Don't worry, I came ready :). Love, chocolate, and a summer abroad in Paris now have this book on my TBR list!

August 6th brings a young adult historical romance novel about childhood nemeses who strike a deal to help each other's households.

Why do I love this book?

The cover looks amazing, there's a romance, and there's plenty of top-notch banter and witty insults. Find my ARC review here.

August 20th brings a sapphic romance about two foodies in Vietnam, one on a summer abroad to explore her parent's homeland and the other trying to reignite her inspiration for her food blog.

Did you say this book was about foodies? Well, I never pass up a chance to read about different types of food (and maybe try them, because the real fun is in trying them too!) Other than that, this sweet summer romance sounds like the perfect read to wrap up the season.

Alana and Gray are couple turned best friends. When Talia comes into the picture though, for once Alana struggles with what to do, between her loyalty to Gray and her new growing feelings for Tal. But is she prepared to challenge the status quo?

Coming out August 27th, this book seems interesting and I might just be picking it up.
